The lot at 1200 Blair Mill Road has been seeing activity in recent days. Surveyors have been spotted, and the fence has been removed. However, we have been told that the project is being scaled down because of increased costs in construction. We don’t know if that means the number of units, quality of units, facade, etc. We’ll update you if we find anything else out. Of course, if you know something we don’t, please reply to this post.
