Plans for the long awaited Galaxy building have undergone a makeover and the developer, RST Development, wants to show the community what he plans to build.

The Galaxy was originally slated to have 321 residential units in two 12-story towers and one 4-story structure. That has been reduced to 240 residential units in one 4-story structure and one 5-story structure. The new plans also include two spaces for retail.
The developer is holding a public meeting next Wednesday September 26, at 7:00pm in the Galaxy’s sales office on Kennett Street (next to the Heliport Gallery in the Gramax building).
We have already accepted an invitation by the developer, Scott Copeland, to attend a future SSSNA meeting, but in the meantime, he is legally required to hold a public forum to discuss his project.
