Word Spring

A spring of water starts with one drop that is joined by other drops and, in time, bubbles to life.

WORD SPRING starts with one word, offered around the start or the middle of a month, and invites you to associate a word with it and, from the words that we all add, will be a flowing WORD SPRING.

WORD SPRING is a community activity. In our Silver Spring neighborhood sometimes we pass something day after day and fail to notice it.. WORD SPRING offers you a chance to notice and to say so. LOOK AT a familiar place and TELL US the WORD it brings to mind.
